GIVE YOUR GRIEF A SEAT AT THE TABLE

LIVE WORKSHOP

JANUARY 7TH, 2017

3900 S Wadsworth Blvd, Lakewood, CO 80235

In the six years since losing my son two things that have allowed me to build a powerful foundation; once I had this foundation everything I felt about my grief changed - for the better!

The first is… I created a powerful visual of what my broken heart (ie my grief) looks like, gave it attributes and characteristics that help me personify it and that give me purpose.

The second… Yoga & Meditation. Plain and simple. Breath work was a key element in the beginning when my grief was raw and it continues to help me open my heart and heal.

I’ve practiced yoga for over 15 years and been a teacher for over 10. And, I’ve found that my practice has always been able to meet me right where I am and provide solace for my mind and body.

In "Giving Your Grief  A Seat At The Table", I will show you how:

Breath work can be used to positively impact your physical and emotional healing.

Yoga can rebuild your heart and create space for so much good to come in.

Simple practices can help you with healing and have clear visual on how to ‘manage’ that relationship.

You’ll move away from hopelessness, struggle and despair, and move towards:

  • - Identifying the role hurt & loss plays in your day to day life.

  • - Visualizing your hurt as a relationship you must nurture.

  • - Applying breath work as a healing tool to reduce anxiety & tension.

  • - Sinking into heart-opening yoga poses that help reduce physical stress and help reset the body after a long hibernation in hurt.

THIS WORKSHOP INCLUDES...

  • complete workshop materials, lecture, discussion and connections with others

  • healthy & yummy snacks

  • 45-minute yoga session specifically designed to heal and open your heart (all levels & skills)

  • calming breath work and meditation session

  • wrap up, reflections, and connections so we can chat to process it all

*Plus a special gift from me to you for being so brave and showing up to do the hard work of healing!

I’m proof that you can learn to positively live hurt and loss.

This is a process, not an plan, and it unfolds with or without our help. When we take action we can control the outcome, when we don’t, the outcomes control us.

If you’re considering whether this is a good fit for you, I'd love to chat, email me at paula@crazygoodgrief.com to connect.

See what are other parents saying that have experienced  my workshops and events...

“I felt less crazy, uncontrolled and overwhelmed around these mothers. I was terrified before going that all that grief in one place would be too much to handle and that I would be crushed by the weight of it all. But the exact opposite was true, I learned - these are my people, they get me."

Paula is Wonder Woman when connecting to parents in grief. She has such a positive spirit and a beautiful way with words. Paula is sensitive to the needs of parents in grief because she has been down the same path, she can relate. Thank you Paula for helping me step out into areas I wouldn't have otherwise! You're an Angel!

Workshops like this are funk busters. They get you moving (literally) and they make you face and work on things we normally sweep aside or ignore to get through another day. I love how your workshops go beyond the hurt and work towards living life.

I would love to have you join us!

I’ve kept the price affordable and accessible, in comparison to the transformation that can happen when you take action and learn to have faith in your inner wisdom.

I don’t work with privately with clients anymore, instead I enjoy the community and healing that comes when we share powerful lessons in grief and the power of connecting with others who are also healing.

Hearing what others are feeling helps normalize our own experiences and connect deeply with our own ability to heal.

The LIVE workshop is the only time I combine the elements of “Yoga + Giving Your Broken Heart a Seat at the Table”.

The investment is only $97.
